Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns within 7 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return—please check product descriptions for details.

How to Return

  1. Go to Your Order: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history.
  2. Initiate Return: Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, then follow the prompts to initiate your return request.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the return address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-10 business days].
  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping cost in these cases.
